Call or Use the Form?

Both reach the same people. Which one is better depends on what you need.

Call if water is coming in, if a storm just went through, or if you want a question answered in two minutes rather than waiting on an email. Roof leaks get worse in the time it takes to type out a form, and a phone call lets us ask the three or four questions that tell us how urgent it actually is.

Use the form if you are planning rather than reacting, if you are gathering comparison quotes, or if you would rather send the details at eleven at night than talk to anyone. Everything you type comes straight to the owner, not to a lead service that resells it to four other roofers.

What to Have Ready

None of this is required, and not knowing any of it is fine. It just makes the first conversation faster and the estimate closer to final.

  • Roughly how old the roof is, and what is on it now: shingle, tile, or existing metal
  • Where you are seeing a problem, if there is one, and whether it only shows up in driving rain
  • Any insurance non-renewal letter or storm-damage correspondence you have received
  • The name of your HOA, so we can check architectural requirements before the visit

What to Expect After You Contact Us

  1. Discovery call. A short conversation so we understand what you are trying to solve: a leak, an insurance-driven replacement, storm damage, or an upgrade you have been planning for a while.
  2. On-site visit. A project manager walks the roof, measures squares, checks the decking, and photographs conditions. Usually 30 to 45 minutes.
  3. Written proposal. Itemized by material, labor, tear-off, permits, and any decking or underlayment upgrades, so you can compare it line by line against anyone else.
  4. Permitting and scheduling. We handle the Palm Beach and Broward permit process and coordinate with your HOA where one is involved.
  5. Installation. Typically three to seven working days on a residential roof, weather permitting.

Straight Answers Before You Call

Do I have to pay for an estimate?

No. The visit, the roof review, the measurements and the written proposal are free, and there is no obligation attached to any of it. If you decide not to move forward you keep the proposal and the measurements.

How soon can someone come out?

Site visits are typically scheduled within three to five business days of your request. An active leak moves up that queue, so say so when you call and we will work it in sooner.

Do you work on roofs that are not metal?

Our work is metal roofing: installation, replacement and repair of standing seam, mechanical seam, snaplock, nailstrip and 5V crimp systems. If you have a tile or shingle roof and you are considering converting to metal, that is exactly the conversation to have with us. If you want to stay on tile or shingle, we are not the right company and we will say so.

Will you tell me if I do not need a new roof?

Yes, and it happens often. A roof under about fifteen years old that is leaking in one or two spots usually needs a repair, not a replacement. We would rather give you that answer on the first visit than sell you a roof you did not need.

Can you talk to my HOA or my insurance company?

We can provide the documentation each of them asks for: panel profile, gauge, finish, product approval numbers and photographs of the existing conditions. Submitting to your HOA architectural committee and filing with your carrier stay in your hands, because both of them want to hear from the homeowner rather than the contractor.

What areas do you cover?

Palm Beach County and Broward County are the core, from Jupiter and Tequesta in the north down through Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach into Fort Lauderdale, plus Stuart in Martin County. If your address sits outside that, call and ask rather than guessing.
